I’m Lorenzo Da Dalt, a PhD candidate of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacological Sciences in the Laboratory of Lipoprotein, Immunity and Atherosclerosis of the Department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences at the University of Milan, Italy.
I’m studying the pharmacology of the cardiovascular system, specifically the role of PCSK9 as a regulatory protein of lipid metabolism in peripheral tissue such as heart and pancreas.

Currently PhD student in department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences in the Laboratory of Lipoproteins, Atherosclerosis and Immunity. The project that I am involved in is to investigate protein glycosylation pattern in hyperlipidemia and to understand the mechanisms of glycan signature how is correlated with atherosclerotic plaque development.
