Giulia Martinelli E-mail: giulia.martinelli@unimi.it Phone +390250318406 Degree in Pharmacy in 2018 at the Università degli Studi di Milano, with a thesis on the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of the ellagitannins of Fragaria (strawberry) in in vitro models of gastric epithelial inflammation. Actually, she is studying the infection of Helicobacter pylori and the anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial activities of plant extracts at gastric level.

Achille Parfait – Visiting scientist (PostDoc) E-mail: achilestyle@yahoo.fr Phone +390250318396 Degree in Biochemistry (2013) and PhD in Biochemistry (2018) at the University of Dschang. Actually, as visiting scientist, he carries out researches on oxidative stress and inflammation, in relation to gastric and intestinal diseases, atherosclerosis, diabetes and obesity. He studies plants belonging to the Cameroonian tradition, evaluating their efficacy, mode of action and toxicity.
